The Parent Portal will not lock parents out. You can still complete your Infosnap updates however schedules will not be available on the portal until the update is received and processed (up to 24 hours after submission or 72 on the weekend). The schedule page will show a disabled message until the update is received and processed.
For parents that completed the update schedules will also be emailed home via Secure Document, similar to report cards.

The Android and Apple Apps require that you login to the web portal once before you can login to the apps. The apps will be disabled until first day of school. Infosnap Enrollment updates cannot be completed from the apps.

Please do not contact your child’s individual school with technical questions or Parent Portal access problems.
Middle and high school students are able to log in to the portal using their district computer login accounts.
